The Wildwood Calvary Chapel, located in Yucaipa, CA,  was a design-build project that consisted of 2 phases. Building construction includes a new 24,000 s.f., 2-story multi-function worship and classroom building (Phase-2), and a 9,500 s.f., 2-story, classroom building (Phase-1)

Site work included all new site utilities including on-site infiltration basin, storm drain, sewer, water, gas, electrical, and low voltage utilities. Site parking and landscaping, and site improvements. Street and sidewalk improvements at street ROW.

The project involved the integration of a pre-engineer structure to provide the most economical and expedient building delivery. The project is also a prime example of our capabilities to design and develop the entire site infrastructure and utilities on raw land.

DDC was able to bring the entire design and construction process seamlessly together to integrate and work efficiently within the owner, owner’s representatives, city/government agencies, design consultants/engineers, and the entire construction team including specialty vendors (pre-engineer systems), subcontractors, and construction crews. By directly managing the entire process, DDC was able to deliver a successful project within budget and schedule.
