APPROACH
Dorado’s management and supervisory team work closely with the client’s project team early on in the project to clearly understand the project’s intricacies and to better control the budget and schedule constraints. With clear and constant communication with the project team, Dorado is able to maintain the budget by including allowances and contingencies for unforeseen conditions and identify value-engineering opportunities in order to minimize change orders and cost over-runs.
Multiple sub-contractors are invited to bid out the major
trades in order to provide the best value to the clients.
Our architectural background helps us identify early potential problems and to strive to achieve un-compromising attention to detail. Dorado understands the intricacies of Commercial Retail’s specific requirements, including the utter importance of detail, timeliness, and the coordination required to bring the work of multiple vendors together into an integrated whole, within tight budget and schedule restraints.
